We will ship from our Taiwan facility within 48 hours of cleared payment.

***Please Read:   We ship all our shipments ONLY via Registered Airmail. Only in cases of purchases of over 10 diabolos will we ship via EMS which is a little faster than registered (2 or 3 days less than normal). Registered airmail shipments provide us with a registered number which will notify us after shipment has been delivered. It does not provide us with a tracking every step of the way. Normally, orders will arrive between 7-14 working days. If your order has not arrived after 14 days, you should first check with your local post office to see if they may have it. Because registered airmail requires a signature upon receipt, if you are not at home when attempted delivery, a notice should be left for you. Sometimes, the notice is not left or lost, so first please ask your local post office if they have a package for you. If not, please email us and we will investigate through our office. We ask that you please be patient as it may take up to 14 days to arrive. Thank You for your patience

Return Policy:  If for any reason you wish to return your purchased item, it must be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of original purchase date for refund.  Shipping fees are non-refundable which is 25% of the price. If your item arrives damaged, keep all packaging material and make a note on the shipping receipt if possible. Contact us within 24 hours and explain the circumstances.

If you are having problems making payment through our checkout system to paypal or it wont direct you to paypal, please open a paypal account first and then try using our system. If that fails, after you open a paypal account, you can send payments directly through your paypal account to this email address -  sales@diabologalaxy.com
